I used to make my own seed mix with sunflower & pumpkin seeds, but this is better because there are also a whole bunch of other seeds included and the lightly toasted treatment makes it lovely and crunchy. It comes in a resealable plastic bag, and as I'm trying to use less plastic, I would prefer it to be a more eco friendly bag, which is why it's lost a star. Having said that, I've now bought this twice and the packaging will not stop me from purchasing in the future.

I love seeds! Their so versatile, and the nutrition in these tiny little things, I call them nutrient bombs! In general I prefer this brand and I’ve tried many different brands, I use seeds on a daily basis, be it on my breakfast yogurt with some traditional oats or sprinkled into a casserole for dinner, however the only reason that I can’t honestly give this order 5 stars is because I keep being sent the wrong pack, I order the 8 seed, or perhaps it’s called the 7 seed mix, I don’t recall at this particular moment, the first order for the 7 or 8 seed mix arrived and I received this 3 seed mix, not really a problem I thought to myself, they’ll get used and everyone makes a mistake occasionally. Once it came around to be ordering seeds again, I again placed an order for the 7 or 8 seed mix, but again I received this 3 seeds mix, and this time it irritated me and has created a reluctance in me to order them yet again, their not cheap, but I have a range of health conditions that benefit from being very mindful of my diet, as such I buy a variety of different seeds from this brand on a monthly basis, and unfortunately the 3 seeds mix is just duplicating some of the other seeds I get in the other orders. Send them back I hear you say? That’s not always an option for everyone, I’m housebound in a small village with no post office, sure I’m incredibly lucky to have friends who are always asking if I need anything from the local store, however I’m not going to ask them to drive double digit miles to the nearest post office just to send the seeds back. It’s a shame because all the seeds I order are ordered every month, Amazon and the seed company and myself all lose out when mistakes like this becomes a regular occurrence. So buyers, be aware that what you order might very easily not be what you receive.
